About Our Virtual Team Project




Here we are!  Team A Virtual Team Members Rick Jonsen, Kimberly Mitchell, and Lynette Bryan from Cohort 6 in Eastern University's Ph.D. program in Organizational Leadership. We are humbled to provide you with an inside look into our Leading in Community Virtual Team Project.

This video provides a brief introduction and orientation to our project.


Through the process of learning about the Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance Model, we learned more about ourselves as individuals, and as members of this virtual team.

We started this team project during our residency in May 2015, when we met face to face. Then we continued our work together virtually from Pennsylvania, New York, and Maryland (and sometimes from other places when we were traveling with family or for business).
